Out-Patient Sports Rehab

Our process is straightforward:

Functional Movement Screening: Our Outpatient Sports Rehabilitation includes comprehensive functional movement screening to identify any imbalances, weaknesses, or asymmetries that may contribute to injury. By addressing these issues, we aim to improve overall performance and reduce the risk of future injuries.

Reduce Pain and Inflammation + Restore Mobility and Function: Treatments including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises aimed to restore range of motion, strength, mobility and overall functional abilities limited by your injury

Progressive Exercises: As you progress through rehabilitation, our team designs a customized exercise program to gradually build strength, flexibility, and endurance. These exercises are tailored to mimic the demands of your sport, ensuring a seamless transition back to full athletic activity.

Prevent Recurrence: CoreMovement provides education on injury prevention techniques, proper warm-up and cool-down practices, and guidance.

Common conditions we treat at CoreMovement PT include but are not limited to overuse injuries, muscle sprains/tears, ligament strains, tendinopathies, and any conditions that are keeping you from performing at your peak.

We strongly believe in a collaborative approach to your recovery. With your permission, we work closely with your coaches and trainers to ensure alignment with your training goals and facilitate a seamless transition back to your sport.
